The New South Wales property industry is entering a new era of professional accountability.

For the 2026–2027 CPD year, NSW Fair Trading has introduced a more rigorous continuing professional development framework that shifts the emphasis from theoretical learning to applied competency. This reflects the increasing complexity of property transactions and the introduction of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) obligations across the real estate sector.

At Industry Training Consultants, our compulsory CPD workshops are designed to prepare residential sales agents for these evolving requirements through practical, interactive classroom-based learning.

2026–2027 Compulsory Topics

Your 7-hour CPD requirement includes the following mandatory topics for residential sales agents:

  • Auction Laws and Practice
  • Contracts
  • Rules of Conduct Refresher
  • Supervision Guidelines and AML/CTF in Agency Practice

Workshop Schedule & Enrolment

To complete your CPD requirement, you must attend both sessions within the same month.

Session 1: 4 hours

Session 2: 3 hours

Total CPD: 7 hours

Investment: $500.00 (Incl. GST)

A single enrolment covers both sessions for your selected month.

Standard course fees will apply from 16 August 2026.
