Refund Policy

Refund Policy Industry training Consultants will provide a full refund up to 14 days prior to the date of the booked course upon cancellation.

Notification of cancellation within 14 days of the booked course will forfeit 25% of the course fee.

Notification of cancellation on the day of the course will forfeit all monies paid. Industry Training Consultants reserves the right to cancel any course 7 days prior to the proposed date upon which a full refund will be issued or a course transfer offered.

Correspondence courses – no refunds will apply after the course materials have been issued.

Privacy and Data Collection

Industry Training Consultants collects personal information from you when you complete this enrolment form for the purpose of administering Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training and meeting regulatory requirements.

Your personal information (including the information contained in this enrolment form) may be used or disclosed by Industry Training Consultants for the following purposes:

  • CPD administration and compliance reporting
  • Statistical, administrative, regulatory and research purposes
  • Communication with relevant Commonwealth and State or Territory government departments and authorised agencies
  • Submission of required attendance and completion records to NSW Fair Trading through approved systems

CPD Monitoring and Evaluation

NSW Fair Trading may conduct CPD monitoring and evaluation activities during the CPD year.

As part of this process, your attendance and enrolment information may be used to facilitate participation in CPD feedback surveys administered via secure platforms such as Qualtrics.

These surveys may collect feedback relating to course delivery, training relevance, assessment, barriers to participation, and overall CPD framework effectiveness.

Participation in these surveys is voluntary, and all responses will be de-identified.

You may be contacted to participate in a CPD survey and may choose to opt out at the time of contact.


Industry Training Consultants will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable NSW Fair Trading CPD requirements.

By signing this enrolment form, you authorise Industry Training Consultants to release personal information where required for CPD administration, compliance reporting, and regulatory obligations.

You also confirm that you have read and understood the refund policy and all CPD-related enrolment terms.


Industry Training Consultants reserves the right to reject CPD enrolments where necessary to meet NSW Fair Trading administrative and compliance requirements, including preparation for the commencement of a new CPD year.

All enrolments must be completed in accordance with CPD year deadlines and submission requirements.

Declaration

I have read the following; PRIVACY STATEMENT, STUDENT DECLARATION, REFUND POLICY, CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT STATEMENTS (CPD), VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY STATEMENT and the ENROLMENT INFORMATION provided with this form.

I acknowledge that the information I provide and that which will be collected by Industry Training Consultants throughout my enrolment, will be used by Industry Training Consultants in accordance with the information handling practices documents in the Student Handbook. Including the section titled Management of Risk of Harm to Students and Staff and I understand my obligation to advise Industry Training Consultants if I have a history of violence.

I confirm the accuracy of the information I have provided and acknowledge that providing any false information and/or failing to disclose any relevant information including any history of violence, may lead to immediate termination of my enrolment at Industry Training Consultants.

*Parental/guardian consent is required for all students under the age of 18.
