CPD Requirements for Licensee Class 1 and Class 2 Licensed Agents

This page provides information relating to the Compulsory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) topics for Class 1 and Class 2 licence holders in New South Wales.

The CPD requirements, including compulsory topics, are determined by NSW Fair Trading and apply to all property professionals as part of their annual CPD obligations.

2026–2027 CPD Year

The 2026–2027 CPD year commenced on 1 July 2026.

NSW Fair Trading is currently finalising the approved compulsory CPD topic outlines for the 2026–2027 year. Once released, this page will be updated to reflect the latest official requirements.

Important Information

Licence holders must ensure they complete all compulsory CPD topics relevant to their licence category within the required CPD year.
