George is the Founder and Director of Industry Training Consultants, a business that has been delivering education and professional development to the real estate industry for more than 20 years. He is also the founder of AgentSafe for Real Estate, an innovative SaaS compliance platform developed specifically for the property industry. AgentSafe assists agencies in managing property safety compliance, work health and safety obligations, and Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) compliance requirements, while helping promote best practice across the profession.

Having transitioned from agency practice into a full-time consulting role, George now specialises in regulatory compliance, professional development, and course development for the real estate sector. He delivers Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training in New South Wales on behalf of an approved CPD provider and is widely recognised for his ability to translate complex legislative and regulatory requirements into practical, real-world solutions for property professionals.

With over 20 years of experience in private education and extensive involvement with the real estate industry, George has developed a reputation for delivering engaging, practical and relevant training. His expertise spans legislative compliance, consumer protection, work health and safety, property risk management, and AML/CTF compliance.

An avid observer of the real estate industry, George remains committed to supporting higher professional standards through education, innovation and practical compliance solutions. Caroline Lackner

About Caroline

Assisting the Director and Senior Strata Manager in generating new business in both listing and sales and property management, Business Development Manager Caroline Lackner is an invaluable part of the team for over 10 years. A Licensed Real Estate Agent and a widely qualified professional, Caroline has a Certificate IV in Financial Services and a Diploma in Project Management and Business Management to her name. Caroline has spent seven years working in retail banking, including as a bank manager, and 3 years working in property management on behalf of the Department of Immigration, acquiring stock and property styling. Caroline also worked as a case manager for Migrant and Refugee Settlement Services on behalf of the Department of Immigration, often working closely with the chief executive officer (CEO) and was an events co-ordinator with Migrant and Refugee Settlement Services for Kate Lundy's portfolio when called to cater for functions at Parliament House. Caroline takes great pride in getting people from where they are to where they want to be, both financially and emotionally, helping them gain the confidence to achieve their unique property goals. She is not your conventional thinker, but instead likes to find the best way to make things happen and get the desired results by thinking outside the square where necessary. No matter what it takes, Caroline does everything possible to exceed client's expectations and keep them updated every step of the way.
